One Horticulture was founded by Dr. Ersin Atay, a specialist in temperate fruit production systems. The initiative currently focuses on addressing key challenges to enhance sustainable fruit cultivation across a range of species, including apple, pear, almond, cherry, peach, apricot, plum, walnut, and more.
